All references to PainBan UK Ltd in the user guide should be taken as meaning Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd.

Delivery Prices: All orders to the value of £50 or more (including VAT) will be dispatched free of charge. All orders valued less than £50 (including VAT) will be subject to a delivery charge of £2.95 (including VAT) per order.

Delivery terms: All products stated above will be delivered within 5 working days of the order placed, unless you are notified otherwise. Should you be informed that delivery will take place outside the 5 working day period you are able to cancel your order with no penalties.

Returns and Refund Policy

A) Right To Change Your Mind. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the PainWave X4000 within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund of the purchase price from Healthantec Ltd.

What you need to do:

The product and the charger must be returned in its original packaging (undamaged) complete with all the original literature. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a handling charge set at the sole discretion of Healthantec Ltd to cover damaged and missing items.

Please contact the Approved Distributor, Healthantec Ltd, by telephoning 0845 603 7282. Lines open Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. Lines closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Await acknowledgement and a Return Reference Code.

Send the product back with covering note together with your name and address and original order details and quote Return Reference Code along with ALL the original packaging and literature.

The items must be returned within 30 days of receipt by you. You will be required to pay for your postage and it is strongly advised that you send the item using a recorded-delivery service. Healthantec Ltd will not be held responsible for non-receipt of returned items. In such circumstances no refund will be paid.

B) Warranty returns: Follow the instructions provided by the Approved Distributor, Healthantec Ltd. These are as follows:

Sales Warranty

Healthantec Ltd (Healthantec) warrants to the purchaser that the PainWave X4000, purchased from Healthantec will be free from defects in materials, workmanship and design affecting normal use, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. The PainWave X4000 is not warranted against misuse or defects resulting from use other than in accordance with Healthantec's Terms of and Conditions of Sale. Products the subject of valid warranty claims will be replaced at Healthantec’s expense.

Making a Claim

All claims under the sales warranty must be made within 12 months for the PainWave X4000 from the purchase date as recorded by Healthantec.

A claim will be valid if it is notified to Healthantec by telephoning 0845 603 7282. Lines open Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. Lines closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Await acknowledgement and a Warranty Return Reference Code.

The product must be returned securely packaged at the purchaser’s risk. Date of purchase, model and serial number, name and address of the purchaser and details of fault or defect must be notified to Healthantec at the time the claim is made. Both the PainWave X4000 and the charger must be returned for all warranty claims.

Refund of Payment: Refunds for valid claims will be made via credit/debit card or by cheque.

Data Protection: The information you provide will remain confidential at all times and we will only use the information that we collect in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Complaints: If you have a complaint, please contact Healthantec Ltd immediately by phone or email. Telephone number is 0845 603 7282. Lines open Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm. Lines closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Email address is support@healthantec.com. All complaints will be acknowledged within two working days. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt with within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.

Unforeseen Circumstances: While every effort will be made to meet customer demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond our control.

Acceptance: By Purchasing from Healthantec, an approved distributor of Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy Policy: Information you provide to us remains confidential to Healthantec Ltd and Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: 1) To process your order and 2) To provide you with the best possible service. We will not pass on your personal details to any third party for marketing purposes. If you have indicated that you wish to receive updates and further information from Healthantec Ltd and Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd then we may contact you from time to using the information you have provided. Should you wish to contact us regarding our Privacy Policy please do so.

Intellectual Property Rights: All instructions and promotional content supplied with this product including trademarks (whether registered or not) logos, devices and other graphics, text and other material, are the property of Healthantec Ltd and/or Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd, or licensed to us by our content suppliers. Copyright, database, trademark and other intellectual property rights protect this product and promotional material. Unless these terms and conditions specifically allow it, any use, re-production and/or any distribution to third parties of this product material (or any part of it) for commercial and/or professional healthcare or medical purposes is expressly prohibited. Unauthorised use of this material is expressly prohibited and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Limited Product Liability: Healthantec Limited warrants that the X4000 medical device, if used in accordance with the supplied instructions, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months. If a product, part or component is found to contain defects in material or workmanship within the applicable warranty period, Healthantec Ltd will repair it or replace it with the same or comparable product, at its option, free of charge. Any product must have been used and maintained according to Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd's published instructions, must not have been subjected to unreasonable use, and must not have been modified. This warranty applies to original purchasers only who acquire their products new through Healthantec Ltd. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. While in the opinion of the manufacturers the PainWave X4000 medical device is generally effective in relieving pain, health care is not an exact science and individual results will vary, accordingly, Healthantec Ltd and Pulse Medical Technologies Ltd make no warranties to the effectiveness of this product. Except as stated above Healthantec Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage (including costs) however caused, whether direct or consequential, incurred or suffered by the purchaser or any third party in respect of the products but nothing contained herein will or will be considered to exclude or restrict any liability on Healthantec Ltd's part for death or personal injury resulting from negligence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthantec Ltd will be under no liability whatsoever whether in contract, tort, (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, restitution or otherwise for any injury, death, damage or direct, indirect or consequential loss (including, but not limited to, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, depletion of goodwill and like loss).

Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you hereby agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
